Inner Strength Superset

Squat + Romanian Deadlift

A superset means completing both exercises back-to-back with no rest between each pair.

Movement breakdown

Squat

- Feet shoulder-width, toes slightly turned out

- Lower until hips reach knee level

- Press through heels, squeeze glutes, rise with control
 

Romanian Deadlift

- Hinge at the hips, knees softly bent

- Keep your back flat as you lower, torso near parallel to floor

- Lift back up by engaging your glutes

Workout Guide

- 3 rounds

- 12-15 reps each

- No rest between squat --> RDL

- Dumbbells optional, mindset required
