- All digital downloads are for personal use only.

- Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

- We reserve the right to correctly any mistakes and update information without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- We do not store full payment details.

5. Orders & Fulfillment
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
- If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded the charged amount.
- Physicla product fulfillment and delivery times vary based on carrier and location.
- We are not liable for shipping delays outside of our control.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
- Once a package is handed to the ccarrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
- Inner Bloom by Nicole is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Physical Products:
- Eligible for returns or exchanges only if defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
- Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- Digital Products:
- Not refundable once accessed, delivered, or downloaded.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

- All content, branding, logos, text, designs, and products are the property of Inner Bloom by Nicole and Nicole Gallardo.
